Spider Lilies Sold
Just sat at the HWS show and found out my Spider Lilies sold last week. I'm so thrilled about this! A good reason to keep on painting.

Off to a Slow Start

I joined an online group called 20 minute challenge. Every day I try to do a painting in 20 minutes. Today's painting is using my new Niji waterbrush- it has a well you fill with water, then just dip into your colors. 20 minutes goes by so quickly- really makes you have to think hard about what comes next.

Hula is life
It's about time for me to start painting hula themes- I've put if off hoping my drawing would get better- but there's no time like now to get started. Hula sisters, I would love to see some of your favorite a`ali`i photos to get some inspiration.
Here's my first few attempts - can you name that hula?
