OMG cousin! I heard from your mother that you stared painting but I had no idea how much talent you had stored away in that head of yours! I am in love with these three hula kahiko water colors! I can feel their spirit even online. I hope you are selling your art. I would love to buy a piece will be in Hawaii soon. Love Nancy

Hi Nancy,
Thank you. So nice to see your comments here. When will you be in Hawaii? I have a show with two of my friends from January 11-February 12. Let me know.

I was just about to remove these pieces because they really didn't turn out that well after all. I'll put up a piece I'm putting in the show.

love,
Anita

Hi Anita!

I am not sure I'll be there during your show but would love to. I want to see Jeff's Dad soon.

I like the first one posted the best. What are the dimensions?

The image is 11x14, but I didn't like the way it dried - got kind of muddy looking so I painted it in a much lighter version. I love painting this figure and plan to do it again. Check out my blogspot today for the new Hula Pahu, the one hanging in our show.
